CAD Architectural Technician/Designer

Survey campus buildings & update master Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workspace Management System (IWMS) CAD file per findings and created furniture blocks library & CAD standards manual for Facility Management team use. Supported 3M portfolio, estimated at 9 US States, 91 buildings, 212 floors, 11MSF. Including traditional office space, laboratories,

parking ramps/garages. Created Emergency Plan - graphic view for all buildings on FM-Systems (3M virtual platform). Developed campus map for IWMS. Converted international incoming CAD drawings

to 3M CAD standards. Render office floor plans for hoteling/desk reservations use and help create diagrams for stakeholder meetings for campus expansion projects.
